CORE MACHINE ROOM
A method using a cold core box BETASET
Three machines of different capacities ensure the production of cores ranging from 200 grs to 300 kg.
The H80 Machine for the production of cores up to 300 kg / H.
The Disco 3200 and 4200 machines for the manufacturing of smaller cores not exceeding 50 kg.
CORE ROOM OF HAND MADE CORES
The applied method : furanic resin
Production of big cores up to 4 Tons.
The core room is essentially dedicated to the manufacture of big cores which cannot be made with the core shooter either because of their size, their weight or
the small number of cores, which would not justify investing in a core machine box.
