COMPLETION WORKSHOP – FINISHING DEPARTMENT
Blasting
We have two blasting installations :
- A blasting machine equipped with three turbines for the blasting operation and for the shot blasting of the parts.
- A blasting cabin with facilities for manual and individual blasting operations for the treatment of complex parts.
Completion
Straight after the part has been taken out of the blasting machine, the pouring system and feeder heads are separated from the part with the aid of an impactor and of hydraulic tongs, thus making further operations easier.
Our workshop consists of 12 ventilated cabins with dust extraction installations. Moreover, in order to guarantee the safety and the comfort of our operators, they are equipped with helmets with an integrated individual ventilation.
